You can exchange any order within 5 working days from the date of delivery by shipping it back to us.To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.)
Once the product is received in our facility we will refund you via online store credit (for a return). In case you would like to exchange your order for another product you can use the online store credit and pay the balance, if any, by any other mode of payment.

Wrong or Damaged Order

In such cases, we would request you to courier the product to us, we will reimburse the courier charges via online store credit.
